Application support involves SQL DBA, Core-Banking, Websphere Administration, Webmaster, Middle Support and ERP support activities. Security Operations monitor the entire security infrastructure of the Bank across the globe. Network Operations monitor the networking infrastructure of the Bank and provide support 24X7.

Service Excellence

Service Excellence provides integrated Client Services across UAE on all days of the week and 15 hours on business days. Total IT Helpdesk services for MashreqBank are managed from Bangalore. Our endeavor is to provide enhanced services to meet customer satisfaction.

Application Development Services

Application Development Services include Core-Banking Development, Cards Development and Support, Web and Windows Application Development and Quality Assurance. Core-Banking application is supported and maintained from NextEdge. Major activities include application enhancement and development, Batch runs, UAT support and Production Service calls support. NextEdge supports Mindscape on the Settlement (Acquiring) and Select (Issuing). This involves activities spanning from Development, Batch Runs, UAT Support, Visa & MasterCard Mandates and Production Service calls. NextEdge also supports Mindscape to build applications for MashreqBank include Cash Management, Messaging & Administration, FID, IVR, Middleware, Internet Banking, CRM, Business Intelligence etc.
